PAYMENT OPTIONS
We currently only accept Paypal payments and Etsy Gift Cards at this time. Paypal also accepts credit cards therefore you do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal with your credit card.

Items will be shipped only after full payment is received and confirmed by Paypal.

PRICING
All prices are in GBP (Great British Pounds) £ Pounds Sterling and are subject to VAT.

SHIPPING TIME
We offer our customers prompt shipping - all orders are shipped 1-2 business days after payment clears. International orders are shipped 1-2 business days after payment clears. We will notify you by convo if there are any problems with the shipment of your order that may cause a delay. All items are sent by Royal Mail from the UK - please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive by airmail from the UK. Be aware that the minimum is 5-7 working days but can be a lot longer at busy times of the year eg Christmas, Valentine's, Mother's Day etc and during delays caused by bad weather etc. ALL HARRIS TWEED CLOTH IS SENT BY A TRACKABLE METHOD DUE TO THE VALUE OF THE FABRIC. This does not include insurance! If you want to purchase insurance, please convo us for price. Shipping costs do not include insurance, or the cost of any other tarrifs, customs, import duties etc.

SHIPPING OVERCHARGES
Significant shipping overcharges are refunded upon shipment of your order. We do combine shipping for multiple items. Overcharges are refunded in whole pounds / GBP / £ Sterling not anything less than a pound.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAXES/FEES/IMPORT DUTIES
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes that may be incurred on your purchase. These are NOT included in the item price or shipping costs. We run an ethical business so we cannot mark international shipments as "gifts" unless they are actually gifts being sent to a different delivery address and are so noted in the "notes to seller" box on the order.

SHIPPING METHOD
*All UK and International orders are sent by trackable mail unless other arrangements are made. Standard mail is NOT trackable and NOT insured. Tracked and insured options are available on request - send us an Etsy message / convo for details*

UK orders - sent by Royal Mail Recorded.
International (outside UK) orders - sent by Royal Mail Airmail Tracked.
Airmail delivery varies by country. Average is 5-14 days but it can take longer due to busy periods and various other factors outwith our control but it can also surprise us and be a lot quicker than expected.

An insured service is also possible. If you want this service, please contact me and I will advise the additional cost. Etsy are now offering shipping upgrades, so we can now offer a tracking/signed for service which you must select at checkout.

I will advise you via Etsy email when your item has been dispatched.

REVIEWS
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us prior to giving us a bad review to at least give us the chance to fix the problem.

FABRICS
All fabrics are brand new, unwashed and cut straight from the bolt when ordered. All fabrics are kept in a smoke free environment.

If you are ordering more than the minimum cut, it will be in a continuous cut. If this is not possible, we will inform you prior to shipment.

MINIMUM CUTS
Currently, all Harris Tweed is sold in increments as stated in each listing.

COMMUNICATION
Please contact us through the etsy "convo" option. We answer conversations as quickly as possible but please be aware of the time difference for international enquiries. We also do not normally work on weekends. We try to answer all convos within 24 hours.

COLOUR REPRESENTATION
While every effort is made to represent colour accurately, every monitor, tablet, phone screen etc is different and we cannot guarantee the colours you see match the colours of actual fabric or other materials shown in listings.

PRICING
Our pricing is competitive. We do not offer any discounts or price matching.

CUSTOM LISTINGS
Custom listings are only kept active for 24 hours, after which they will be removed and the fabric taken off hold and put back in the shop. If you are unable to purchase your listing within the 24 hour period, you must contact us for an extension. There is no return on cut fabrics, interfacings, ribbons, lace, leather or anything that has been cut specially for you.
